ForgeSpeak Institute

Our story

ForgeSpeak Institute began with a simple principle: debate should be precise, ethical, and empowering. We combine coach-reviewed drills with structured, dashboard-style modules so students can see measurable growth every week.

Mission

Cultivate articulate thinkers who argue with integrity, listen actively, and build solutions through clash rather than volume.

Method

We align every lesson to outcomes: flowing accuracy, collapse decisions, weighing frameworks, and cite discipline.

Promise

No gimmicks, no shortcuts—just deliberate practice, excellent materials, and honest feedback.

Milestones

Year 1 — Building the forge

We launched the first competency map for debate education with calibration rubrics for constructive, rebuttal, and CX phases.

Year 2 — Coach-reviewed pipeline

Introduced asynchronous speech uploads and case labs, enabling weekly targeted feedback at scale.

Year 3 — Tournament readiness

Released format-specific tracks with judge paradigm libraries and collapse drills for elimination rounds.
