How do placements work?
After enrollment, you’ll complete a short diagnostic: a flowing capture test and a 2-minute constructive. Based on rubrics, we recommend Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced tracks.
What’s the format of a typical week?
Expect two skill modules, one case or block lab, and an optional scrimmage. Uploads receive coach notes within 72 hours.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Full refunds within 7 days if you haven’t consumed more than 20% of a course. Afterward, we offer prorated credits. See our Terms.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Certificates are issued upon meeting outcome thresholds (e.g., 85% flowing accuracy, rubric targets for rebuttal structure).
How is coach feedback delivered?
Through annotated timestamps and case comments. We align feedback with your rubric results to prioritize your next drills.
What equipment do I need?
A stable internet connection and a microphone. We recommend a simple headset and paper or digital flowing tools.
Can I switch tracks?
Yes. After two weeks you can switch tracks once, subject to coach approval and space availability.
Do you prepare for specific tournaments?
We offer targeted prep sessions. Share your schedule and judge paradigms—we’ll tailor drills and blocks accordingly.
